Octopath Traveler II looks and plays very similarly to this one. (Like it should) So playing this first seems like a good idea after playing the demo of 2. *

Just beat Gustav (olberic chapter 2). The battle took a while, but was kinda fun and somewhat challenging. Changed Cyrus to Ophelia and it became a manageable battle. *

The thief and thieving is pretty useful in this game too. Not regular enemies, but bosses and their minions. Also robbing NPCs blind lol *

OCTO = 8 PATH = Special Action TRAVELER = Guys/Girls on a journey ... Kinda like Bravely Default's name is actually the game's main gimmicks. *

I like the fast-travel / warp thing. You can try to reach places above your abilities and steal good equips from npcs and then warp back to your current objectives. The game actually tells you the level requirement of places and story chapters. *
