You can change some aspects to retro, but the game will still be running with the modern game engine etc. *

You can change map graphics, music and artwork between modern and classic. As far as i know what you choose doesn't affect the gameplay itself. You can also mix and match. *

In these games, just when you think you beat the last enemy, another wave comes along and THEN possibly even a 3rd wave can attack you. + escortable NPCs = oh sheet ! *

Win Condition: Defeat all enemies. Actual event: The last wave pwns the cr*p out of you by doing AoE magic and killing you in one hit. So you run like a beetch. *

Exp from killing a troop = 5. Exp from using support or healing magic = 32. Also you CAN NOT move if you want to use magic. Great! I'm sitting in the corner spamming precision or heal as Ledin while Volkoff takes out enemies. *
